tested to ensure reliability for your industry.
Money-Back Guarantee
Offering a 30-day money-back guarantee, allowing customers to return the product for
a full refund with no questions asked. This applies to purchases made directly from
us, provided the item is returned in its original condition with all components (jacket,
fans, battery pack, power cables, and packaging). A $2 restocking fee per order will be
applied, except for bulk orders (5+ units) where the fee is waived. Returns must be
initiated within 30 days from the delivery date.
Replacement Warranty
Providing a 30-day free replacement warranty for any manufacturing defects or damages
occurring under normal use. Customers can request a replacement by contacting our
support team, with the defective unit returned at no additional cost to the customer.
This warranty covers the jacket, fans, battery pack, and power cables, excluding wear
from misuse or improper maintenance.
Return Process
Initiating a return or replacement requires contacting us via email at support@axisouterwear.com
with the order number and reason for return. We will provide a return shipping label and
instructions. All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery to qualify. Upon
receipt and inspection, refunds or replacements will be processed within 7-10 business
days.
Bulk Order Considerations
For bulk orders (5+ units), we offer a waived restocking fee and a free sample with
RFQ requests over 10 units, reinforcing our commitment to B2B partnerships. Custom
embroidery ($20/unit) is non-refundable unless defective.
Limitations
This policy does not cover damages from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal
wear and tear. Shipping costs for returns (outside the initial 30-day replacement) are the
customers responsibility. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product is damaged
beyond original condition or if the return window is exceeded.
